My personalised energy healings take place in my practice and are truly unique. They are particularly powerful and effective, as in just one session I can apply, among other methods, my own Micro Knot Dissolving Technique with my healing hands to release the knots that have built up in your body. You are also reconnected with SOURCE energy.

During this personalised session, we first discuss your situation and what you would like to resolve or heal (via a personal message or by phone). The treatment begins by freeing the heart and opening it for receiving. Then the chakras are opened before I “scan” the body for places where the energy differs from the rest. Through laying on of hands, I neutralise this energy. These may be blockages, knots, former pain points, or wounds. From there we move on to treating your specific situation. After the treatment, you also receive a sound healing session with the HUSO®: a special frequency device that gives an extra boost to everything you have just received.

Total duration: approx. 1.5 to 2 hours.
This treatment can be repeated after 2 months * 

*) In the past I discovered, people going from one treatment to the other, without giving the body the option to integrate the healling completely. Sometimes the body needs some time to process and to be accepted. And it shortly can get out of balance. Do not immediately doubt that it did not work. Just accept some time to heal.

What exactly happens during a healing?

• My sessions are always personal and focused on your wishes and challenges.
• Before I begin, I want to know a little about you. My aim is to understand what you want to resolve and how it originated, or which event may have triggered it. Simply acknowledging the event (without the need to go into detail) allows the body to start releasing. Knowing the root cause can also help prevent the same thing happening again. Quite often, one single event may have caused multiple blockages. This conversation is definitely NOT meant to bring up or relive unpleasant experiences. That isn’t necessary in order to resolve them. Instead, it helps us set a clear intention for the treatment.
• The healing itself is aimed at resolving everything that presents itself. I begin by checking if you have a (hidden) heart wall and, if so, I remove it. I then open all of your chakras so SOURCE energy can flow through and fill your body.
• With my hands I scan for micro-knots and apply my Micro Knot Dissolving Technique to release them. These often form from unprocessed emotions that remain stuck in the body. If they are not released in some way, they can, even many years later, become the starting point for other health challenges.
• Next, I perform an energetic massage, helping your body to remove all released energy and waste. This is why it’s important to drink extra water after the session and the following day.
• Finally, you get to enjoy a SOUND HEALING with the HUSO® machine: 30 minutes of deep relaxation, giving your body the chance to release even more and embrace this new state of WELL-being.

After the treatment, your body is healed and the blockage is gone. Sometimes your mind or ego may need a little longer. That’s why I provide you with exercises to help you integrate this state fully.

PS Although I have trained in Reiki, my approach is quite different from what you might expect from there. I am honest and direct. If you don’t want to be triggered, I recommend asking someone else for support.
